We require the following documents for selling or buying jewelry:
- A valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport).
- An address proof (such as Utility Bill, Voter ID, etc.).
No, unfortunately, once the assets are sold, they cannot be repurchased. We send the items for processing and purification immediately after purchase.
